Fahed Faisal Boodai

Fahed began his career at The Securities House in 1997 and was initially responsible for The Securities House international investments. In 1998, Mr. Boodai established Global Securities House “GSH” (currently Gatehouse Capital) in the United States, then relocated it to Kuwait in 2002 while maintaining the quality of its investment products. Mr. Boodai changed the company’s focus to international real estate in 2008 following the global financial crisis and currently acts as the Chairman of its board of directors. Mr. Boodai is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Gatehouse Bank plc, in the UK.
With more than two decades of wide-ranging experience and a successful track record within the global real-estate market he has overseen over US $3 billion worth of real estate acquisitions and exits in a number of asset classes. These core real estate holdings, from student accommodation to medical facilities, include the UK headquarters for Procter & Gamble, Rolls Royce and Intercontinental Hotels. Fahed has accordingly become one of the globally recognised real estate investment experts.
Mr. Boodai received his MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California and a BS in International Business from the University of San Diego and holds a number of board member and director positions across a range of global funds and US/European companies.
