In March 2021, The Securities House participated in the acquisition of a 11.9-acre parcel of land and the development and operation of a modern two Class A industrial buildings totaling 135,000 square feet thereon in Airpark East, Nashville, Tennessee in the United States through a joint venture partnership with Brennan Investment Group, a leading real estate developer and operator on 85%/15% capital contribution basis.
Total project cost is $16.7 million, and investor equity is $6.5 million.
